How does the 1:1 Hosted Meetings Program Work?
- It's simple. Indicate your interest in your ticket application – whether you're local to New York or joining us from out of town, we’ll propose the program that is the best fit for you!
- Selections for meeting requests kick off approximately 4 weeks before the show. Based on your participation level, you'll spend a max of 90 minutes taking part in double opt-in meetings, and you won’t miss any key sessions or networking activities.
- Our National/International Program reimburses up to $1,250 for taking 6 meetings with sponsors.
- Our Local Program reimburses up to $500 for taking 3 meetings with sponsors.

Local Program
Joining us from NY or within the Tri-State area?
Our Local Program reimburses up to $500 in exclusive incentives of your choice in return for taking 3 15-minute double opt in meetings with participating sponsors.
National/International Program
Coming from Out of Town? Our National/International Program reimburses up to $1,250 in travel/hotel expenses for taking 6 15-minute double opt in meetings with participating sponsors.
